Can I operate these vehicles without a driver's license?
Yes, absolutely! No driver’s license or prior driving experience is required. Upon your arrival, our team will provide comprehensive training on how to operate the e-bike or scooters safely and confidently. They will also explain the designated riding areas. It is essential to follow their instructions at all times.
How can I participate in any of the experiences or rental services?
Participants must present a valid photo ID or a copy of their passport, which will serve as a deposit during tours and rentals. A minimum of one document per group is required. For rentals, a cash deposit of €100 or per vehicle is necessary. Drivers must be sober while using the e-scooters. If you arrive in an intoxicated state, you will not be allowed to participate, and the tour or rental will be canceled without a refund. Customers must be sober upon arrival and throughout the use of the e-bikes or scooters. For further information, please refer to our terms and conditions.
How can I book my experience or rental service?

Where does my tour start?
The starting points for our tours are indicated on the invoices you receive after each booking
Where should I return the e-bike or scooter?
Since we are not a sharing system, please bring the e-bikes and scooters back to the starting location from where you initially picked it up.
What is Fiesta Rent Costa del Sol´s cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellations with a 100% refund up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. After this time, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
Can I ride the e-scooters in rainy conditions?
You can ride the e-scooters in almost any weather condition. We provide gloves and rain ponchos if needed. Please dress appropriately for the weather and consider wearing an extra layer in cold conditions. While we are open year-round, there may be occasions when we need to reschedule bookings due to unforeseen events or extreme weather conditions.
How should I prepare for the activity?
We recommend wearing comfortable, sporty shoes and clothing. It is advisable to avoid high heels and skirts. In the summer, sun protection is necessary, and in the winter, please dress warmly with additional layers if needed.
Can anyone participate in the activities?
Yes, most people can participate as the activity does not require any special skills. However, please note the following restrictions: Children under 16 years old are not permitted to ride the e-scooters.
For participants between 16 and 18 years old, parental supervision is required for guided tours. Rentals are only available for those above 18 years old.
The weight limit is 150 kg (330 lbs).
Expectant women and disabled individuals cannot participate.
The program is not wheelchair accessible.
Is there a minimum group size?
No, we do not have a minimum group size requirement.
What is included in the price?
The price includes the use of the e-scooters and a brief on-site training session. For guided tours, you will also have the benefit of a live guided sightseeing experience with a professional local tour guide. We provide mandatory helmets, gloves, and rain ponchos if needed. Additionally, all fees, taxes, and handling charges are covered. However, please note that food and drinks are not included in the price.
